Hi in this article I will teach you step by step on how to open an Acer aspire 5552G because my 5552g is getting hot much faster than it used to, with Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system and have an AMD Phenom II quad-core mobile processor N950 (2 MB L2 cache, 2.10 GHz, DDR3 1333 MHz, 35 W), P920/P940 (2 MB L2 cache, 1.60/1.70 GHz, DDR3 1066 MHz, 25 W).
First step
1. Open your Acer aspire 5552G laptop.
Get your tools or just a star screw, in the red circle in the picture below remove all the screws and open the first cover, and make sure you put all the screws in a proper place.
Disconnect the two wire the red and block from the mother board, and pull the hard drive out from the case.
Next is use your screw driver to remove the other screws from the back of your laptop and pull the DVD writer from the side.
Open the front case of your laptop using your screw driver and pull the keyboard up.
Slowly remove the flex of your keyboard using you tools or anything just to remove the flex.
At the back of your laptop remove all the remaining screw on the battery portion.
After you remove all the screw, remove also all the screw from the keyboard portion.
when its done, you can easily remove the front cover of your laptop, but make sure remove first the white flex and the other flex under the case.
The final step is remove all the wire whose connected to the motherboard and its done.
Now you can replace all the defective part of your laptop but make sure you return all the wire and flex that you remove from the beginning.
