In article tutorials I'm gonna teach you step by step on how to replace the LED-LCD screen of 15.6 inches Acer Aspire 5552G.
As you can see this laptop is brand new with windows 7 ultimate operating system, and the most important thing about this tutorials is the two screw at the bottom side of the screen and the rest is just a decoration.
Step 1:
prepare your 15.6 LED screen, and you gonna need a small flat head screw driver for pulling out the screw and long nose flier to hold the screw for instance.
First take the battery out from your laptop.
So the second step is you gonna remove the sticker and pull out the screw from the bottom side of the screen.
The third step is you gonna move all way around the cover of the screen and just undo the case or just put your finger nails underneath the cover and lift it until you heard a pupping sound, that sound is a good noise that means the cover are not breaking.
The next step is to remove the three screw from each edges of the screen, and this so easy to remove the screw in order for you to get in and this is the time to use your the long nose flier to pull up the screw.
The next step is you gonna need to take the screen off but you need to be careful for doing this procedure because the wire for the microphone and the camera are connected to the back of the screen, as you pull it make sure you do it slowly and just grab the wire.
Okay so now the screen is separated from the casing, as you can see to the picture below the red circle is the main signal cable, to remove that cable find the edge of the sticker so that it cant cause damage to the cable.
The final and the last step, Okay so we disconnect the screen from the laptop and its time to replace the old one to the new one.
Okay here is the new screen, I've set it down the same way face down so that the connector or the main cable is fit to the new one and that's it.
Just set it back in and ready the six screw to go back in and its done!
Next is put back the front cover and the last two screw, are your done.
